My nokia 7510 Internet Application problem..?

It's like this:
I can connect to the internet with the basic Browser, but Apps. that need internet can't do that.
ex. operamini can't connect to the internet . It says: Connection failed.
Skype can't connect, it says: Can't connect through your phone connection.
Please anyone help me :(
