...is over..plz advise....!!!!? whenever i put in the battery,the blue light keeps glowing,however the phone does not start.My warranty has also expired.What should i do?also if i go to Nokia customer care how much money would i have to shell out...................pls help!!!..........i am looking forward to your replies.........!!!
