My Nokia 5800 xpress music keeps resarting itself?!?

I've had several problems with my Nokia 5800 xpress music in the past, so I've recently sent it away to get it fixed. I've just received it, and there's a minor - yet irritating - problem; it keeps restarting itself. About every five minutes - whether you're using it or not - it goes back to the screen which is played when it switches itself on. (and switches on!)
I don't know why this is happening. I've tried resetting it, and it still happens though.
PLEASE help...
