my nokia 5800 goes 'cold' and then doesnt work untill i heat it up!?

wen ever i go outside, or even when im sat in the house, unless my phone is really warm it won't work. The screen gets lines across it and i can't see anything. so i basically cant use it. i can still tap on my screen and go onto the applications, i just cant see them. its really annoying, especially wen i really need to text someone! does anyone else have this problem?
 
If you got a warranty, you should send the phone back to the manufacturer. It definitely shouldn't be doing that. If you didn't get a warranty, go to the provider that you bought the phone from and complain. That's the best you can do.
