I have a strange story to go along with this. I put all this stuff I made as a tribute to Nic on a disc with this artwork

he was turning on the xmas lights in the city of Bath and as his car was leaving I ran alongside it and held up this disc and I got his attention and he wanted it and so took it!

Anyway, check this stuff out!
 
Each to there own and all that, but man, you really must get a life. Your taste is poor, misguided and should be kept private. Nic Cage is a mediocre actor to be kind, and to lavish such attention on him is unhealthy. Get out, find another friend, try girls, though don't mention Nic Cage. Broaden your interests, please. This is wrong, just wrong.
 
He isn't special in the acting department for the most part, but his top acting has come from films like Leaving Las Vegas, and Wild At Heart. To name two brilliant films with the actor in. He is one actor that I can watch though and not be fussed that his acting is not up to anything amazing. Far from atrocious though.
 
Totally agree. I think the hatred that he seems to garner these days is completely unwarranted. He's not amazing (and the OP's obsession with him is pretty creepy tbh...), but i find his films extremely watchable. Con Air, Face/Off and The Rock are some of my favourite action movies :D
 
I am finding this thread very nasty.

Nicolas Cage is a decent actor. Just watch Con/Air and FaceOff for the evidence. I, myself, own about 10 of his films, each that I enjoy.

So what if the OP has a Nic Cage collection, its not a bad thing to own up to at all.

I have a John Travolta, Heath Ledger, Ray Liotta, and Kurt Russell collection. Should I be ashamed to own up to them too? :mad:
 
Every time I think of Nicholas Cage all I can remember is that scene from the atrocious Wicker Man remake...

Having a collection is one thing, I have collected plenty over the years. But making a video, revealing the collection laid out over a table and chairs, pulling a blanket from over them, as if to say, "whoa check this out, some video's and DVD's" is very different, and a little bit odd!
 
Well, geez it's just supposed to be fun! No need for these personal attacks. I guess yr just gonna say 'there's nothing fun about Nic Cage or a guy with a load of DVRAB' ok, that's fair enough if you think that way. What can I do! I had fun making this video and I thought it looked neat the way it was all laid out but whatever.
 
Just rented this from the PS3 store, I have to watch it on Friday, my son really wants to see it, I tried to put him off, but he was adamant, some thing to look forward too then hey!:(
