My new n73 (3rd)

hey guys, u may have read my last thread saying that my last n73 got liquid damged plus my 1st n73 was faulty, so this is my 3rd n73, anyway i will be picking it up tommrow, now i be changing my ways with this one, i the following things i will be changing:
Not Changing Edition - i have resenty changed my last n73 to the music edition , but have decided to leave it as the standard n73 this time, it looks mad

Protecting the Phone - I'll be protecting phone with case this this time and not the hard cristal ones, because they break to easily

Not Chaning the covers - i won't be changing the cover since what happen to my 2nd n73 which caused my last n73 to die, i just hope i get red/White n73 cover

got my replacemnt phone 2day, and as i have said in my 1st post i've protected the the phone with syclone case and screen protecter, i'm very lucky that i backup everything from my last n73.

i must admit it felt so weird yesterday without any mobile at all,
 
hey guys, after using my new n73 i had a few problem liitle minor problems are they were:
sms sent wasn't updating lifeblog wasn't updating

i ended deleteing all my lifeblog filles which deleeted all my msges, some calls i made GRR , i have double's of my assories now

to all u n73 hates GO to H****, this phone is the best phone i've ever used, it might have a few problems but got everything i want.
 
If you want your phone naked and look beautiful, I suggest buying a screen protector and a pouch instead. I had problems with my Krusell case and just used it for like 2 days because the slider camera was tight and hard to slide.

May I ask why your N73 died when you changed the covers?
 
sound like u had the same problem as me with the hard cases mine always broke beause of clips always breaking,
staight away since i got my new n73 i brought a syclone case that lasts longer than hard cases and got screen protecter 2 wahoo ,

when i got my n73 after market covers put on after that, on the top of the cover was really loose which mean any liquid could get into the phone and did, so yeah that what caused it, i'm not making that mistake 2tice.

this i'm really upset about : I GAVE NOKIA MY PHONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM ON MONDAY TO TRY AND GET IT FIX THEN GET BACK ON THE TUESDAY AND THEY SAY " YOUR PHONE HAS BEEN LIQUID DAMAGED", ANYWAY I TELL THEM TO PUT MY PHONE 2GTHER AGAIN SINCE IT WAS MY ONLY PHONE, I LEAVE NOKIA SERVICE CENTER, TURN ON MY PHONE WTF IS NOT TURNING, AND WHEN I GAVE THE PHONE TO THEM IT WAS WORKING, WTF DO TO THE PHONE TO FUK THEM UP COMPLETLY, I WAS SO ANNOOYED , BEFORE I HANDED IT TO THEM IT WAS WORKING FINE APART FROM TURNING OFF, ANYONE GETT THE FEELING, NOKIA STAFF THE PHONE EVEN WORSE THAT IT WAS ORGINALLY, I WAS SO UPSET WITH THIS. end Rat

i was so lucky i had insurance on my phone contract otherwise i would've been doomed, everything back to normal wahoo
 
Number one rule; never buy an aftermarket stuff. Especially if you're changing the chassis, they suck. I bought one (advertised as original but actually was just a good copy) and I thought my phone broke because after putting everything, the slider camera does not work anymore. I found out later that it was the chassis that did not make the screws drill more deeper (because the parts inside wouldn't touch if the screws weren't tight enough). I bought another set at cnn.cn and hopefully this one is the right one this time.

It seems that Nokia broke your phone more? That's really pathetic of them.

Sometimes we really need to make mistakes in order for us to learn. I myself learned a lot by those mistakes. I just wish that I can turn back the time because there are lots of things that I wasted.

Anyway it's good to hear that everything is back to normal. Good luck on your new phone. My advise is that love things that are important to you because it will love you back.
 
for protection i ordered the DIY from www.bestskinsever.com ive used them forever and love it, not one scratch. Just letting you know its amazing . Sorry about your bad luck, yeah vanilla version has a sexy font. Enjoy/good luck!
 
Nice idea. Anyway they don't have one for the N73 so you have to cut it right?

How does this work? Does it stick like a sticker or what?

Also, is it easy to install?
 
hey guys after using my new phone i found a small error nothing major just when press down right selection key the voice thingy it reboots for some strange reason, i think it might be a software bug with the current firmware, other than that the phone going well.
