I've been with my girlfriend for 3 months but we've known each other for a few years as friends. Her ex boyfriend still texts and calls her, asking her to meet up for a 'chat'. She has told me that he still loves her and wants to get back with her even though they haven't been going out for about 10 months.
My girlfriend hasn't told any of her friends that we're going out because she admits that she is worried that her ex will find out and go nuts if he knows we're going out. I've never met the guy but from what I understand he has never liked me because I'm a bloke. He's the jealous type you see?!
I've told my girlfriend to break off contact with him and she has told her ex that she doesn't want to see or hear from him again. But within a couple of days he's calling and texting her asking to meet up for a 'chat'..?
Should I be weary? I mean I just want some opinions on the situation as I'm getting annoyed but at the same time I don't think I'm being told everything about what is going on with him..?
