They have laser tattoo removal. No scarring.
If she refuses to get intimate with over a stupid tattoo then she shouldn't be dating you because having a tattoo was your choice and it is now a part of who you are. You have your reasons and she should at least respect that even if she doesn't agree with it.
If you're willing to remove a tattoo for this girl after "a few days" either you're deeply in love with her, or just really want sex because that's crazy painful, and it does scar, and for something big will take more than one session. Tattoo removal takes months and months and it doesn't go away completely because tattoo artists have perfected their trade beyond the capabilities of the laser removal process.
You can cover it with a giant patch or something, but eventually she's going to have to get use to it or you'll have to find a girlfriend who likes tattoos because, like i said, that tattoo is apart of you. When she agreed to go out with you she agreed to every part of you.
