Yesterday, I got the Blackberry Bold from US Cellular. I love it, but I have a problem: I can only connect to the internet using a wi-fi connection. I tried connecting using the normal network, but it just comes up with a message saying that it couldn't connect. Could someone please tell me what is going on?
If it helps, I'm on one of the new Belief plan things (the one with unlimited everything, including data packages, for about $180 per month). The lady at the store said it included the Blackberry Data Plan, but was she wrong? Do I have to pay for that separately?
I had the Blackberry Curve before this phone, and whenever I got the "could not connect" message, all I had to do was take the battery out and put it back in. I tried that with this one, and it didn't do anything.
Once again I can connect ONLY with wi-fi, not with the normal service that should be provided by my service provider.
