My netflix takes so long to get here, can I complain?

I have one dvd out at a time unlimited plan. I sent the movie back Saturday morning, and the next one got here Wednesday afternoon. Say what?

So... what amounts to a 3 day turnaround (no mail on Sunday) and you think that is too long. Sounds pretty good to me.

this happened to me before... yes u can complain. where it says report problem with DVD... u can click that it's not here yet. And they will overnight you another one.

but mail doesn't run on sunday and it probably got there on monday and they had to process everything so getting the dvd on Wed. isn't much of a big deal to me.. I got mine 8 days late and i complained.
