I've been working out at both home and the gym a couple times a week for the last month or so. The last couple times i tried doing some chest exericises it felt like the left side of my head was going to explode, so i of course didnt continue as long as this was happening. It felt like my neck was swelling up, and the pressure in my left ear felt really tight.. It didnt start happening until well into my workout, and it's happened in the past but i never worked out regularly until recent. I'm a 20 year old male and 130 lbs, so pretty lightweight and i have a fast metabolism, and I would say I eat pretty healthy.
