The only way to find out for sure is look at the warranty folder or call the dealership. Toyota is pretty good with warranties so they may well correct it for you anyway...
For info, even though the power steering pump is driven by the engine, most warranty companies don't define it as part of the drive train. It literally depends on how that particular warranty was written.
