My My|phone q21 duo keypad is not working when I'm playing games. How to fix it?

Please.. There's this game I really love and all I need to do for it to start is pressing 5 !
but when I press 5 .. there's no changes. please. every instruction like this " press 5 to continue "
i can't play cause of the keypad is not working. :( I hope you can help me :( please.
