My boyfriends mum had a pink phone which was unused so she asked if i wanted it as a xmas gift. I accepted it used it, until my mum asked to borrow it when she lost hers. I let her have it for 2 months assuming she would get another phone she now claims it to be her own and will not give it back then says i will get one in a few weeks but doesn't. She also uses it around my boyfriend as you can imagine hes a little pissed.
What shall i do? It isn't like i need it badly, i just don't like her using it in front of my boyfriend, or taking things and not replacing or give anything in return. I also don't really want to use it now as she smokes weed so it is going to stink bad.
