my mum is threating us with court saying she cant see her grandchild this is lies plz

help? me and my husband both work and dnt have much free time apart from the weekends which we want to spend together as a family we have never stopped my mum from seeing her grandchild but we have busy lives now. she even got a solicitor to get in touch with us we told the solicitor the same that we she welcome to come round whenever she likes but this still aint good enough for her and wants to take us court now for no reason.
thats why it is pissing me off so much coz we not stopped her from seeing her grandkid she just doesnt see them that much now but best thing is she lives near us
my child is at school in the day and I work at a school so works really well and I dnt need childcare but when we used to ask her when we did she came up with excuses.she just wants us to do what she wants when she wants it
 
If your mum wants to be in touch with her grandchild then she should get herself over to see him or her. Offer to take care of the child once in a while. It'll save you on child care costs and they still have bonding time. My mom's watched my niece almost every week only one day to see her growing up. Well till about 6 months ago. I watch her at my moms but they still see her. She's here almost every week and sometimes if I can I have her an extra day.
 
There is nothing legally, that she can do, but I'd be pissed that she is being so annoying about it. Because of the way she is acting, I'd purposely keep the kid away from her for a bit!
