my mum and dad have split up! please read description?

last night my mum and dad split up because my dad was haveing an affair he said he dosent want to live here because he dosent love her anymore and i dont know wht to do. also it is alot of stress and only a couple of years ago my mums mum died and she still hasent funnly recovered and also now she has to look after her dad because he has canser and is very ill i realy dont know wht to i just want to sit down and cry Btwi am 14
