My mouse scrolls up but doesn't scroll down. When I try to scroll it down, it just highlights whatever the cursor is on and then goes to the link when I scroll down even though I don't click. My scroll worked before but now it doesn't. Someone help? By the way, I use a drawing tablet which comes with a mouse.
