My motorola razr v3 won't turn on for no reason, its not the charger. What should i do?

Okay so i've had my razr since october, its been working fine when since i got it up until like 2 weeks ago. I got it from walmart because it was just a gophone and that's all i can deal with right now. But when I received a text message, the text wouldn't show up it would be blank but it would say who it was from and etc. So then i went to the main menu and a few icons wouldn't show up. So I turned it off and tried turning it back on. And all that would happen was it would vibrate light up and show the hellomoto thing. I tried charging it, but it wouldn't charge. So i tried using my friend's charger (she has the same phone) and it didn't work either. So i called At&t and they didn't know what was wrong either. Because it was never dropped from high elevation at all and it hasn't been wet. I brought it to Alltel and tried a new battery, but that wasn't it either. The warranty is up and i don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!!
