it only turns on when it is plugged into the charger but then when i disconnect it it does not turn on even after hours of charging..and it is brand new...i don't know if i did something wrong which i highly doubt,but any REAL help will be greatly appreciated,please don't write random things i really am being frustrated by this headset.
