My mothers Samsung r800 Delve in locked and she never set the password? and also how do you unlock to use WIFI?

it is just a phone to hold her numbers like a 90's digital Phone number card anyways
it has all of our numbers inside of it and till we figure how to unlock it we have no way to call important contacts...so any help apricated
