bedrooms and an unfinished attic. How do we make the unfinished attic a third bedroom? What does it need? It has heat, painted walls, built in drawers, tile flooring, and storage area. The front of the 'unfinished attic' has a small dormer which has flooring, built in drawers and a storage area. There is a door at the top of the stairs going into the dormer. We aren't sure what else we need to do to make this a third bedroom? The entire upstairs has heat and electricity. Thank you
