My moms concerned I have an eating disorder. Do I?

Ok so i weigh 106lbs. & usually range from 102-107lbs. I am 5'3'' & usually self concious. This is what i eat:

Breakfast:
oatmeal w/ honey
or
Special K Cereal
w/
Orange Juice & a vitamin

Lunch:
Apple, Special K granola bar (90 cal.)

Dinner:
pasta or rice, spinach salad, veggies, fruits, and sometimes eggs/chicken

Snacks:
Special K crackers (90 cal)
Edy's fruit bars (80 cal)



So, thats basically it. I dont eat any beef (parts of cows) pork (parts of pigs), but do eat chicken, salmon, and shrimp.

Tell me if i eat enough, weigh ok & everything. Thanks! (

i also run every other day for around 4 miles and do other excersises for another 20 minutes.
