My mom is staying with her husband because of financial reasons. What should i do?

My mother has been married for 15 years to this man. They havent slept in the same room for over 5 or 6 yrs and the man has completely shot her self-worth into the ground. He calls her no good, and worthless and any other negative words you can think of are directed in her way. I have a little brother still at the house living through this and he is taking a hard toll on it. She says she is staying there because she doesnt know what else to do. She is financially trapped there and i hate it. i try to tell her that she will be ok, even if were broke we will be happy atleast and my bro can go through highschool in a loving home. But she still stays cause its comfort. But im pretty fed up with all the bullshit. I cant stand the man, he is breaking my family. and they diserve better than him. how can i get this thru to my mom? is there any HELP numbers or people to talk to about this.
