My Mom gave my rat some cooked potato? Is that ok?

My mom gave my rat some cooked potato left overs that had ham-flavored seasoning on them. She said she washed it off a bit, but is okay for her to have?
 
Well if it wasn't its too late now isnt it? Yeah it'll be fine, nice treat. Ipersonally give mine fresh eggs from my chickens, and soon they'll get dead chicks. Nice thoughts. ha.
 
rats wil eat anything but make sure not to give them things that are do fatty my rats eats big macs but a good healthy snack that rats love and is easy to make are scrambled eggs they luv em try those and see how he responds lol i hope i helped oh and by the way i have $ rats and i am 13 : )
 
Yes cooked potato is fine for rats. I just recently got a little booklet about rats(because I'm going to get a couple) and cooked potato was on the list of veggies that they should eat about one tablespoon of daily:) Just try to chop it into little pieces so it is easier for your rat to eat (if your mom didn't before she fed it to her).
