My mind is torn! Multi-function nonsense or basic insanity!

After recently becoming a T-mobile employee, I am faced with the decision on what kind of handset I should buy. I've talked to many people at work, and many people share their opinions, but many of them are biased opinions. What I'm searching for are Pros and Cons of certian phones.

In multi-function PDA phones, I boiled it down to:
Blackberry Pearl
T-mobile Dash
T-mobile MDA

In "normal" handsets, I'm thinking of these:
Samsung t509
Samsung t519 Trace
Samsung t629

(maybe i'm partial to Samsung, but all the other companies seem to no longer offer bar style, only flips and sliders)

Any help would be apreciated

Those PDA phones you listed all do have their pros and cons. But if I had a choice between those three, I would go with the BB Pearl. BB's OS is rock solid, and that's why I'd pick it over the other 2. Either color you can't go wrong; black looks very professional, and the white just looks damn sexy. However, if you like to connect online via Wi-Fi, then either the MDA or Dash would suit your needs. I would've got a BB myself, but didn't because I didn't feel the need to get a BB data plan. Without a BB data plan, the phone becomes pretty much half used. And that, to me, is a waste of money.

Do you get free data with an employee plan? If so, Dash. If not, Sammy T519 - I've always wanted one of those and I regret not owning one before I left T-Mobile.
