I'll plug the USB into my laptop, the mouse with work for like 5 minutes, then it will get frozen, then stop working completely. The red light underneath still flashes which proves that the battery isn't low. I really need to know how to fix this, because I hate using the touch pad. I got the mouse for christmas, and have already put new batteries in it, so it's not old nor dead. PLEASE HELP!
