hey, sorry.
for cetaphil i use the normal to oily skin bottle (16oz)
for the tea tree oil i just use the pure 100% tea tree oil. the brand i use is called desert essence.
for the aloe vera, just find any 100% aloe vera gelly. i use a 99% organic gel from Lily of the Desert. i got it at whole fooRAB market. whole fooRAB also has their own mock version that works well. however just find any pure aloe vera. DO NOT USE ALOE VERA LOTION OR ANYTHING THAT ISN'T PURE ALOE VERA GEL. the lotions have glycerins and sodium laureth sulfates that really are bad for your skin. and never use aloe vera products with alcohol. just use pure aloe vera gel.
as far as the amount of tea tree oil, i just estimate about a half an oz., maybe more, to one 16 oz. cetaphil pump bottle.
it really shouldn't matter though. i truly believe in this because doctors say its okay to apply pure tea tree oil to individual blemishes. so, when diluted with the cetaphil, it works to penetrate deep into the pores while cleansing. and if a blemish is bothering you, you can apply pure tea tree oil to it even after cleansing and moisturizing.
also, it helps to exfoliate every so often (maybe like once a week) using a hot washlcloth GENTLY massaging your face. just barely rubbing it.
in all honesty, i feel how everyone has felt buying products.
proactiv worked and then stopped working all of a sudden
murad BARELY works. and it makes you smell bad.
anything by clean&clear, neutrogena, clearasil, st. ives(which is like WOODCHIPS basically), biore, is all bad. i've tried it all and i've given each of them at least 3 months (however not the st. ives because that just instantly made my face break out).
honestly natural is the way to go. science has PROVEN tea tree oil to be an antiseptic that works better than benzoyl peroxide without the drying, aloe vera to moisturize and soothe inflamed skin (while also fading acne scars), and cetaphil is so basic that it just makes your face clean without any scents/ or medication. cetaphil is actually a model secret. my cousin is a model and she says thats the insider secret in the industry.
many people also say that your skin will heal itself if you don't use products. thats partly true. however, i'm 16 years old and in the prime of puberty. so hormones affect my acne greatly and natural products won't irritate my skin, so it in a way speeRAB up the process.
do not be weary of my age, my mom is a health expert.
