My (maroon) car has three white scratches from where someone hit it. Will touch

up paint cover it? Hi I know nothing about cars really other then the obvious. I just noticed the scratches. Will touch up paint cover the scratches (they are really thin but still since my car is maroon and they are white I hate the way it looks). Opinions? Please and thank you so much
