I just bought an exercise bike from target for $180. Now I know this is not going to be a high quality exercise bike but it usually is at a sale price of $250.
Anyways I put this bike together, followed every instruction with care and when I hopped onto the bike it didn't really have any resistance. There was no difference between resistance level 1-8. When I pedal it doesn't feel like a normal exercise bike, it feels like its pushing at an awkward pace. It has no resistance as the pedal goes up and a heap of uncoordinated resistance as i go down.
I am just wondering if this is because the bike is broken or because it is low quality? If the bike needs to be repaired i'll be taking it back but if it can easily be fixed please let me know how to fix it.
