Hi guys!
I have a macbook (the previous generation), and whenever I try to connect to my wireless router (A Linksys router) the airport sign on the top has full bars, but when I open my network preferences, it says that my macbook has a self-assigned IP address, and may not connect to the internet! When i checked my sister's macbook, hers just says "Connected"! What should I do? Please help!
And why is my sister's password only 10 letters long but mine's 14? And also, when we tried to see the password, it didn't give an option to "show password" in the keychain on my sister's macbook pro.
