...should I do? If I owned a restaurant and the windows and glass were broken and the burglar messed up everything inside, Do I have to pay to have them replaced or fixed or is it covered under insurance? Also, what would be the best way to ensure it won't happen again? The burglar wasn't there, we just found it broken. :-(
 
It's always up to you to pay to get it fixed. Whether your insurance will pay you back for all or part of it depends on the language of your insurance policy.

If your policy does cover this - and if it doesn't you should buy another one - you might be able to find a glazier that will bill your insurer directly, you might not.
