Uhm...My lips are being weird....Its always dried up! When i lick it it dries up really quick and becomes dry again...and when i put lip gloss, lip balm, or chap stick..they run off quickly! and when i lick my lips for some reason it hurts on the outside of my lips...and i think i burned them or something...any help?
My lips are acting weird? (Like Hurting)?
