Okay I'm just gonna start talking because there is a lot to say. My Husband and I are going through a divorce (but may decide to make it work) I want to make it work, he's not sure. Awhile back we started falling apart and I started flirting with guys online. And meanwhile he went camping with his buddies and got drunk off their butts, and woke up and their were four girls there........
So we broke up, cause neither of us felt like we could trust the other.
Since then, my husband has kidnapped my daughter, and put a restraining order against me. Saying that I threaten him, hit him, and kicked him in the groin. Which I didn't.. He is 6'3 and very strong, I'm only 5'2 I don't think I could even try to take him on.
The restraining order is for 20 days, I can't see, talk, or be within 500ft of my house, his moms house, his work, my daughters' daycare, his car... etc. My daughter is 9 months old by the way.
There is a lot of molestation in his family and his mom always wants to take baths with my daughter. Which I do not feel conferable with. And my husband's cousin lived with my in laws and she said that my husbands' farther touched her between the legs. I don't have proof of this though.
Previous to the restraining order I have gotten a police Escort to his moms house so I could get my daughter, but since we are still married I was not allowed to take her.
I don't know what I should do, and don't have money for a lawyer. My husband took everything, cars, house, money everything. I was a stay at home mom so I don't have a job. I'm looking right now for one though.
My husband put my daughter in daycare without telling me and told them I was not allowed to pick her up. If I violate the restraining order in any sense I will be put in jail for up to a year and have a fine of up to $10,000.
