my LG xenon has this weird slide show thing on the main menu?

it's starting to bug me... it's just this window that shows pictures and I have no idea how to get rid of it because my dad gave it to me without the manual... and my friend activated it and said she didn't remember how she did it
 
there is an arrow on the bottom left corner of your wallpaper. press it and the drag you slideshow onto the toolbar that pops out. press the arrow again to close the toolbar.
