After my LG Rumor 2 froze up for a while, I took the battery out and put it back in.
It starts up to the LG screen, and flashed that screen over and over until I take the battery out again. I am with Bell so I have no SIM card, and I have no memory card.
How can I get it to boot up? Do I need to plug it in? (The battery wasn't low when it froze up at all).
