My Lenovo laptop wont download anything?

whenever i try to download something from the internet on my Lenovo windows 7 laptop it goes through the whole process but when it starts to install it stops and the download bar doesnt move
any suggestions?
 
I suggest you call up the systems(Windows or Mac{listing these as they are very mainstream})
help line, and ask them. It can be several things, such as not having enough space on your computer, not having the right permissions, etc.
