...weight in a long time.? I hadn't done weights in a while so I did them and after I did ten on each arm and did like a punch with the weight to get used to it again. Hours before that I had trouble with my left arm on monkey bar. i have more back muscle on the right and I have been on the computer sitting cross legged for hours for 3 days straight. because of looking down at the screen too much, i could feel that my left shoulder joint was getting bad aswell. Is my shoulder really weak right now because of bad posture, or is it tired from the too much strain I gave it today? Please, help
