My left ear tightens and pulses when I sing/play guitar or listen to

anything above 80 db. Please read details? Basically, my ear feels like it tightens up after about 30 seconds of playing guitar, listening to music, or mowing the lawn. The tightening lasts longer than when I am playing guitar or whatever im doing. It will continue to "throb" or tighten and open again for about 5-10 seconds after hearing the last loud noise. I also notice that when it does "tighten" up, it seems like my HEARING goes down and gets stuffed up. I also notice that when I put my finger in my ear while i feel it is tightening, it sounds like the eardrum itself is shaking (if that makes sense.).
I've noticed that it acts up more when my allergies or sinus problems are present.
