My LCD32TV016HD Bush tv shows a red ring of light when i try to plug in a pc....

...Any advice? I have a LCD32TV016HD, 26" tv from BUSH, i have no remote for it. When i plug in py pc, and switch the tv to vga, it doesnt work, any advice?
