I have a dell vostro 1510 Laptop with windows vista basic. the switch of wireless and bluetooth are the same and when i set it to on, only the bluetooth light turns on and the wireless light remains off.i have the latest drivers installed on my computer and i don't know what else should i do.
i also tried to contact dell costumers support center by email but i couldn't find the technical support email address on their website
i reinstalled the windows about one year ago and for the first time on this laptop a couple of days a go i tried to connect to a wireless LAN by it but i couldn't.because my laptop couldn't find any.and thats because i can't turn on the wireless ability.
