I recently got a new wireless router put in at home. My laptop, which worked fine on my last wireless router, will not access the internet now unless it's plugged into the router. I have no problems accessing the internet any other place that has Wi-Fi, my iPod Touch and other peoples' laptops and gadgets connect just fine anywhere in my house, but for some reason my laptop won't. The company says they won't help me because it's a problem with my laptop, not with their service, but that can't be true if I can access the internet in any other Wi-Fi hot spots. Can anyone shed some light on this problem? Might anyone know a solution? Thanks.
