My lab wont stop barking, he is outdoor dog but gets a lot of attention and

excercise, we take him out 2 X day? My lab goes for a walk in the morning with my dad, and he goes running with my mom and I in the evening. He barks after his run for food in the evening, and in the morning for food as well. Now we keep in inside but he wont stop barking! The trick with coins in a can wont work and he thinks its fun to be squirted in the face. our neighbors complained to the animal control ppl and my parents are really upset, i don't want to loose my dog! Please let me know what I can do. I would like to know if its ok using a barking collar and if they work or not. Thanks
 
well if he is an outdoor dog but now you keep him inside that is probally the problem.
he probally misses it out there.
either he will get used to it or you should just let him be outside.
 
The barking collars seem a little cruel... Try leaving him outside for a night
