My Kyocera Laylo Wont Let Me Erase Any Of The Preloaded Material?(MetroPCS)?

I brought the phone in Red a couple of weeks ago and was trying to take pics and download songs from the internet but it said my phone had no memory.Ive tried to unlock all the preloaded wallpapers and ring-tones but i cant! can anyone help me. I'm starting to feel like this phone was a waste of money
