My Kitten won't eat or drink much?

My kitten won't eat or drink, he's getting thinner and losing strength than before. My mom told me my kitten has blood in it's watery poop. At first he vomited then the next day he had diarrhea then the next day the poop had blood! He won't eat fish or cat food! He doesn't drink milk because we just found him on the sides. He was very healthy before but now i think he's about to die! I can't afford taking him to the vet, so please can i have home treatment tips? Help My poor Whiska!
