My kicker zx750.1 wont play?

so i just bought a kicker zx750.1 from ebay . the ad said it would work . it came and knowing my luck, it doesnt work . the amp gets power, but when you try to play it, it doesnt play anything . soo before i go through contacting the seller and all of that, is it an easy fix or should i just contact the seller ? please help me .
i checked the fuses & the rca . i dont know what else it could be .

and if needed ; i have two kicker cvr 10's
 
If the amps getting power, then I would go again and check the following.

All EQ options on your radio.
Power connection
Ground connection
RCAs
Speaker wire outputs.

Just make sure everything is hooked up proper and hopefully that will work..Good luck!!
