my keys won't open my car doors and it won't open with the remote either

its a ford puma does anyone know? know how i can get into the car without damging it

Your remote battery is dead and so you need to enter a combination with your key - 2 turns to the right and 4 to the left or something similar , it's in your car handbook which is i bet locked in your car . Phone a ford dealer and ask for the combination .
