My jeep won't start =[?

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. I was driving it yesterday with no problems, but today it won't start. It is extremely cold out, so I'm pretty sure that is the cause. The battery is fairly new, and the lights work and are bright. The car revs but will not start. Any advice?
 
warm up the starter with a heated blanket, the starter may be frozen, or there is water in the fuel line.
 
it sounds like the engine is turning ( cranking) but just doesnt start. you would need to check for spark and fuel spark is the easiest to check search a safe way to do it since if you are alone it will require more tools. then if nothing check for fuel.
