My jeep makes a weird noise?

I just got my power streering pump replaced and now 5days later it makes a ticking noise and when i back up today the wheels won't turn back so i turned them and it fault stuff it only does it when i turn to the right then when i turn to the right it makes a big clang noise what could it be and how much would it cost me to fix it
