my jack russell terrier is shedding so much all the time do i groom her?

i just took her to the groomers to get a fermination done on her, and all that..they gave her a bath... but she still keeps on shedding.. do i get her a cut? ? shes short haired, and wired.. but she keeps on shedding and i want to stop it... what do you suggest? is there something i use on here every day? do i comb her wth the ferminating tool every day, what else.
