My Italian Greyhound wont eat!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!?

I have a 8 month old Italian Greyhound who wont eat! shes been to the vet numberless times and they find nothing wrong with her!! we have tryed everything al the dog foods, wet and dry, its like she is scared of food she stares at it then slowly moves in to take a nibble every once in a wile, but she is very thin u can see all her ribs!! she is fed 2 times a day but she eats little to nothing! im very worried about her and am wondering how i can get her to eat more!?
 
My dog had the same problem and we had to feed him by hand and he wont eat kibble unless he has chicken with it.....try giving him beef or chicken.....he may not like dog food
